All data processed by our AI engines (including OpenAI models) is done so in accordance with strict enterprise data privacy agreements, ensuring your client communications remain confidential.

4. Service Limitations

Invoice Sentinel provides an automated communication framework designed to increase the probability of invoice recovery. However, we do not guarantee the successful collection of any debt. The ultimate responsibility for debt collection remains with you, the user.

We are not a collection agency or a legal firm. Our communications are designed as administrative reminders.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Services are billed on a monthly or one-time basis depending on your selected tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will immediately revoke our access to your API connections.
